Pretty 'N Pissed

where feminine rage comes to play

An outdoor ceremony for women ready to stop holding it all in.

You don’t need to calm down.

You need somewhere to put it.

The anger.
The frustration.
The tight chest.
The swallowed words.

The “I’m fine” that isn’t fine.

Pretty ’n Pissed is a space where all of that gets to exist — and move.

What this is:

This is a facilitated, outdoor experience where women gather to express what’s been building inside through:

🔥 movement + dance
🎨 messy art-making
💨 breath + embodiment
💬 connection + witnessing

This is not about doing it right.
This is not about looking good.

This is about:

  • feeling what’s actually there

  • moving energy through your body

  • expressing without apology

  • being witnessed without being fixed

We’ll be outside, in community, with music, snacks, and full permission to be human.

What to expect:

This experience is guided and intentionally structured, with space for your own pace and expression.

You’ll move through:

Arrival + grounding
Settle in, land in your body, meet the space

🔥 Embodiment + breathwork
Access what’s under the surface and wake up your system

💃 Movement + dance
Shake, stomp, move, release — no choreography, no judgment

🎨 Messy art-making
Paint, splatter, express (yes… ponchos and safety glasses included)

💬 Connection + witnessing
Optional sharing and reflection in a supported space

🌿 Integration + closing
Grounding, softening, and returning to yourself

What’s included:

  • All art supplies for expressive creation

  • Ponchos + safety glasses (we’re serious about the messy part)

  • Guided facilitation throughout the experience

  • Curated music playlist for movement and release

  • Light snacks + refreshments

  • A consent-based, supportive container

  • Space to feel, express, and be witnessed — without pressure

The vibe":

This space is:

  • raw

  • playful

  • emotional

  • embodied

  • real

You do not need to be an artist.
You do not need to be “good” at expressing yourself.
You do not need to have anything figured out.

You just need to be willing to show up honestly.
