Upcoming events.
Virtual Women’s Integration Circle
This is a sacred space for women walking the path of psychedelic healing and spiritual awakening. Whether you’ve recently had a journey or are integrating experiences from long ago, this circle offers a grounded container to process, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself and others.
UNPOLISHED
UNPOLISHED is a cozy, open-studio style gathering for artists, makers, and creatively curious humans who want to connect through the act of making and sharing.
This is not a traditional art show.
It’s a living, breathing creative space where art is allowed to be in process—unfinished, evolving, and real. Throughout the evening, artists will be sharing their work, creating live, offering small moments of skill-sharing, and inviting connection through conversation and presence.
Guests are welcome to wander, explore, engage with artists, and experience creativity as it unfolds in real time.
What to Expect
• Artist booths featuring work in all stages (finished + in-progress)
• Live art-making and demonstrations
• Optional open mic / shared expression moments
• A cozy, bohemian atmosphere with soft lighting and music
• Lounge-style seating for conversation and connection
• A welcoming, low-pressure environment
You do not need to be an artist to attend.
You do not need to be “good” at anything.
You’re invited to come as you are.
Why UNPOLISHED
So many of us are taught to wait until our work is finished—or until we feel confident enough—before sharing it.
Unpolished exists to challenge that.
This gathering creates space for creativity to be witnessed in its natural state: in-process, imperfect, and alive. It offers an alternative to performance-based environments by centering connection, curiosity, and community over perfection.
Spaces like this matter because they remind us that creativity is not something we arrive at—it’s something we practice, together.
Who is UNPOLISHED FOR
• Artists and makers of all kinds
• People exploring their creativity
• Anyone craving connection through art and expression
• Humans who want to be around other humans making things
Whether you come to share your work or simply to be in the room, UNPOLISHED is a space to slow down, connect, and experience the joy of creativity without pressure.
Come play with us!

Pretty 'N Pissed
where feminine rage comes to play
An outdoor ceremony for women ready to stop holding it all in.
You don’t need to calm down.
You need somewhere to put it.
The anger.
The frustration.
The tight chest.
The swallowed words.
The “I’m fine” that isn’t fine.
Pretty ’n Pissed is a space where all of that gets to exist — and move.
What this is:
This is a facilitated, outdoor experience where women gather to express what’s been building inside through:
🔥 movement + dance

This is about:
feeling what’s actually there
moving energy through your body
expressing without apology
being witnessed without being fixed
We’ll be outside, in community, with music, snacks, and full permission to be human.
What to expect:
This experience is guided and intentionally structured, with space for your own pace and expression.
You’ll move through:
✨ Arrival + grounding

🎨 Messy art-making
Paint, splatter, express (yes… ponchos and safety glasses included)
💬 Connection + witnessing

Reclaim The Flame Book Club
Reclaim the Flame is a women’s book club devoted to sacred reclamation — of desire, voice, pleasure, and aliveness.
This is not a book club for passive reading or polite conversation. It’s a living, breathing container where women gather to question inherited scripts, explore what intimacy actually means to them, and reconnect with the flame that’s been dimmed by shame, silence, or survival.
Using Hot & Unbothered by Yana Tallon-Hicks as our guide, we spend six months in community unpacking desire, sexuality, and relational power — not to perform “healing,” but to practice honesty, curiosity, and embodied truth.
Reclaim the Flame is about:
unlearning what you were told you should want
reconnecting with your body as a source of wisdom
exploring desire without urgency, pressure, or apology
discovering how freeing it is to be witnessed by women doing the same work
choosing presence over perfection, play over performance
This is not a therapy group. It’s not about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering.
Think of Reclaim the Flame as a sacred rebellion — a place where taboo becomes talkable, pleasure becomes political, and women come home to themselves together.
If something in you is stirring… that’s the flame.
Enrollment for the current cohort is now full. Thank you to everyone who felt called to join. If you’re interested in participating in a future circle, please check back for updates—our next book exploration is scheduled to begin in Fall 2026. We’d love to welcome you into the next chapter of this work.

Fully Nourished Book Club
The Fully Nourished Book Club is a sacred, guided space for women to come home to themselves through community, conversation, and embodied exploration. Together, we move chapter by chapter through a different book each season. This season we are exploring Hillary McBride’s transformative book The Wisdom of Your Body, weaving in reflection, storytelling, gentle somatic practices, and group witnessing. This is more than a book club—it’s a healing container, a circle of women learning to listen to their bodies, reclaim their truth, and soften into deeper compassion for themselves. Each gathering invites honesty, curiosity, and connection as we explore how our bodies hold our histories, our wisdom, and our path back to wholeness.
Throughout the journey, we honor the power of being witnessed, the nourishment of shared experience, and the impact of healing in community rather than in isolation. Participants are supported in integrating the material through journaling prompts, embodiment exercises, and optional opportunities for deeper reflection and ceremony. This is a space for women who are ready to do the inner work in a grounded, intentional, and heart-centered environment.

Myco-Maker art night
👾✨Come play with your inner monsters✨👾
At this month’s Mycro-Art Night, we’re getting weird and wonderful — turning our inner monsters into soft, silly, felted creations. 💫🧶
This is a night of fun, exploration, and full permission to be messy, playful, and real. No experience needed — just bring your curiosity and maybe a monster or two hiding under the surface. 👀💕
🎨 We’ll laugh, connect, and craft the tender parts of ourselves into something you can actually hold.
Let’s transform what haunts us into something we can love.
Let’s stitch softness into our shadows.
Let’s play. 🍄

Myco-Make Art Night
Join us for an evening of creativity, intention, and ritual as we gather to create our own Ceremony Lighters — small but powerful objects infused with meaning.
A ceremony lighter is more than a tool. It is a sacred ember embedded with intention, decorated with insight, symbol, and story, and used with reverence.
It’s the flame you return to when you want to mark a moment:
lighting a candle for reflection,
beginning a ritual,
closing a chapter,
or calling yourself back to presence.
What We’ll Be Creating
During this art night, you’ll design and decorate a lighter to become a personal ritual object — one that carries:
intention you want to remember
insights you want to anchor
energy you want to call in or release
Through guided reflection and creative play, you’ll infuse your lighter with meaning, turning something ordinary into something sacred.
Why Ceremony Objects Matter
Ritual objects help bridge insight into embodiment. They give the nervous system something tangible to return to — a reminder that transformation doesn’t only live in thought, but in action, repetition, and care.
Each time you use your ceremony lighter, you’ll be reconnecting with the intention you set here — reinforcing your integration through ritual, presence, and choice.
What to Expect
A cozy, intentional creative space
Guided prompts to help you choose your intention
All art supplies provided
Gentle grounding to open and close the evening
Community, creativity, and reverence — without rigidity
No art experience needed. Just curiosity and respect for the process.
$40 includes everything you’ll need for the evenings including myco - art supplies, light snacks, and herbal elixir beverages. Venmo and cash accepted.
Come create an object that remembers what you’ve chosen.
Spots are limited.
To RSVP, send a message to Kate via the contact page.
Hosted at a private backyard art studio in West Bend.
Please note accessibility to the cottage requires navigating uneven terrain and some stairs with floor seating (cushions and blankets provided).

Reclaim The Flame Book Club
There’s a fire inside you — the one that refuses to dim for comfort, politeness, or expectation. It’s the part that craves more truth, more pleasure, more aliveness.
Reclaim the Flame is a women’s book club for sacred reclamation and unapologetic awakening. Over the first six months of 2026, we’ll be journeying through Hot & Unbothered: How to Think About, Talk About, and Have the Sex You Really Want by Yana Tallon-Hicks — exploring what it means to live, love, and desire on your own terms.
This isn’t a polite circle of small talk and self-help clichés. It’s an embodied, creative, relational experience — a blend of reading, ritual, conversation, and play. Expect workshops, field trips, and hands-on ways to reconnect with your body, your voice, and your power.
This space is for women who are ready to...
Reclaim their sensuality as sacred and political
Explore intimacy and desire through honesty, curiosity, and joy
Be witnessed in their wholeness — messy, magnificent, and true
Let conversation become ceremony and sisterhood become fuel
What to Expect:
Guided group discussions and reflection prompts
Embodiment practices from the book woven into our gatherings
Small group container with gentle space to share, listen, and be witnessed
Opportunities to connect and play between sessions
What’s the exchange:
Nothing but your time & energy commitment. This container only works with your presence.
Container Essentials:
To support the integrity of this space, we ask that all y’all come with a few essentials:
A copy of Hot and Unbothered by Yana Tallon-Hicks
A commitment to attend the majority of gatherings (twice a month starting January 2026-June 2026)
An open heart and mind
A willingness to do your own inner work between meetings
A spirit of curiosity—toward yourself, others, and the unknown
At the heart of this journey is a belief: you are not alone. Exploring and healing in community allows us to metabolize truth and transformation more deeply. In a world that teaches disconnection, this space is an invitation to come home.
We’ll move slow. We’ll go deep. We’ll tell the truth.
Because this is what it looks like when women stop apologizing and start remembering.
Our welcome gathering will be on Tuesday, January 13th, 2026 6:30-8pm with subsequent meetings happening on Mondays concluding at the end of June 2026. Locations and any applicable links will be shared when your seat is confirmed.
If this is calling to you, we would love for you to join us. If you’re a yes, please send us a message by December 29th and we’ll add you to our reclamation container.
Come home to your fire. The world needs it lit.
With devotion and a spark of mischief,
Bri & Kate
