Pretty ‘n Pissed

Where feminine rage comes to play.

An outdoor ceremony of expression, movement, art, and unapologetic feeling.

Pretty ’n Pissed is a facilitated, outdoor experience where women gather to express what’s been building inside — through embodiment, breath, art, movement, and connection.

This is not about making “good art.”
This is not about performing healing.

This is about:

  • feeling what’s real

  • moving energy through the body

  • expressing emotion without apology

  • being witnessed without being fixed

We’ll be outside, in community, with music, snacks, and a whole lot of permission.

There will be glitter and grit.
There will be mess.
There will be laughter, release, and probably a few “holy shit I needed this” moments.

This is for you if...

You’re tired of swallowing your anger.
You’ve been “holding it together” a little too well.
You can feel something under the surface that wants OUT.

You want a space where you don’t have to be:

  • agreeable

  • composed

  • polite

  • or palatable

You want to move, feel, create, and connect — without being told to calm down.

What to expect

This experience is structured and guided, with space for your own expression throughout.

You’ll move through:

Arrival + grounding
Land, meet the space, settle your nervous system

Embodiment + connection to breath
Wake up the body, access emotion, get out of your head

Movement + dance
Shake, stomp, swirl, release — no choreography, just realness

Messy art-making
Paint, splatter, create, destroy, express
(yes… ponchos and cute safety glasses are part of the experience)

Connection + witnessing
Optional sharing, reflection, being seen in your truth

Integration + closing
Grounding, softening, and returning to yourself

Investment

$33-55

We offer a sliding scale because we believe spaces for expression, healing, and connection should be accessible, not exclusive.

If you have more financial flexibility, choosing a higher tier helps support someone who may not otherwise be able to attend. If resources feel tighter, you are welcome to choose the lower end of the scale — no justification needed.

This is an invitation into community care over gatekeeping.

A portion of every ticket will be donated to [insert organization/cause] — supporting work that aligns with collective healing, justice, and care beyond this space.

Spots are limited to keep the space intentional and supported.

What’s included
